This Valentine’s Day, Betclic pays tribute to a rare but powerful sacrifice—those who lost a finger because their wedding ring got stuck in a sports environment. A campaign that celebrates the players and fans who quite literally gave a part of themselves while balancing two passions: the game and the commitment of a wedding ring.
We transform stories of sacrifice into eternal symbols. We have crafted golden prosthetic fingers—not as reminders of loss, but as immortal tributes to unwavering dedication. These unique pieces will be presented to those who carry these stories, turning them into ambassadors of this campaign.
A TRIBUTE BEYOND THE GAME
On Valentine’s Day, we unveil our first honoree: Vitor Gregório, who lost his finger during a Sporting Portugal match. The campaign comes to life across social media and sports platforms, inviting fans to share their own stories of devotion and sacrifice.
Betclic celebrates those who put their heart—and everything else—on the line in the game of life. Because love isn’t measured by what you have, but by what you’re willing to give.
Throughout February, the month of love, Betclic will continue searching for these legends—those who lost a finger to sport because of their wedding ring—and give them the tribute they deserve.
