According to various studies on occupational health and work-life balance, prolonged working hours without sufficient rest can lead to exhaustion, burnout, and diminished productivity. In light of this, it is highly recommended that professionals in the tech industry prioritize their well-being and take adequate breaks to ensure they maintain optimal performance levels. Therefore, on this occasion of International Workers' Day, we advocate for individuals in the tech space to prioritize their physical and mental health by taking time off from work, getting adequate sleep and rest, and engaging in activities that promote their overall well-being.
