For many, living with cancer means postponing living. However, we don't believe that cancer should get in the way of people living life.
That's why for the 1st time, bridal designers and cancer advocates came together to launch UnVeil, bridal wear unbridled by cancer. UnVeil is uniquely designed to cover the head area of cancer patients so they can feel confident and beautiful on their wedding day.
Designed and created by renowned bridal designer Michael Wijesuriya for Indian, Kandian, and Western bridals, UnVeil was launched on the 21st of March 2023 at Sri Lanka's largest Celebrity Designer Wedding Show in order to move the bridal industry towards showcasing acceptance for patients living with the big C. In order to move other designers to take up the UnVeil, Michael even donated his design blueprints so any designer can use the same to create their own UnVeil.
