Description
In 2010, Magia was born — the Association of Volunteers for Children with Cancer — with the dream that no child with cancer would be left without treatment due to lack of financial resources. They work under the philosophy of their founder, Dr. Teresa Pasco: "Cancer is cured 50% with medicine and 50% with love."
That is why they provide assistance to purchase medicines, prosthetics, and medical supplies in coordination with the country’s leading pediatric oncology hospitals, such as the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases (INEN), the National Children's Institute, and other pediatric hospitals.
This year, the campaign is called “You Can Make Magic Too”, because it seeks to empower people and raise awareness that, with a little or a lot, a life can be saved. Today more than ever, Casa Magia needs everyone’s help to continue saving the lives of children with cancer in Peru.
The campaign was created by Mayo Group Peru and produced by Elephante and Del Mate Productions.
