Starbucks launches “Together”, a new campaign highlighting real employees and moments that make the coffee shop the original Third Place.
Developed in partnership with Anomaly, the documentary-style spot features real Starbucks customers and green apron partners (not actors), filmed over the course of a week in multiple Starbucks coffeehouses across the country to authentically reflect the range of real stories and moments of connection.
Each moment of the :60 hero film is inspired by a real-life interaction, from families connecting over a treat, to regulars catching up with their favorite barista, to people spending time together over coffee, capturing authentic, moments of human connection that happen in Starbucks coffeehouses, from the extraordinary to the everyday, lighthearted to heartfelt.
Set to the cheerful, timeless spirit of The Beatles’ All Together Now, the track captures the everyday rhythm of the coffeehouse and invites viewers along, reminding viewers that Starbucks isn’t just about great coffee, it is the original Third Place, a warm, welcoming space between home and work where human connection thrives. The end line of the spot asserts this perfectly, “Together is the best place to be.”
