If you can’t change anything at your work, change your work! In the new HR-campaign, Tochka Bank, on the one hand, calls on job seekers to search for better working conditions. On the other hand, it addresses current employees: it is a call to change the usual processes, the way and scope of thinking, the area of responsibility and «change Tochka» by their decisions. The brand abandoned the framework of the traditional hierarchical management system so that each employee could unlock his or her potential. The final scenes were filmed with real employees of Tochka Bank, who are able to convey the atmosphere of the company — lively and sincere — better than any actors.
