From a national survey we discovered there’s currently a ‘self-care gap’ amongst women in the UK; they WANT to self-care but they’re NOT DOING it enough because they feel guilty putting themselves first. Using behavioural nudges and a healthy dose of humour we are shining a spotlight on what #self-care really is and reframing the way women look at it.
