This year, The Home Depot and BBDO Atlanta celebrate the journey each tree takes from family farms to family living rooms across America. Their new campaign, The Right Tree, follows two parallel stories made possible by The Home Depot: a Christmas tree nurtured for years by generations of farming families sets out on its journey, while a little boy searches for a tree that is “just right” for his family. Together, the narratives highlight the care, dedication, and tradition behind every live tree on offer.
To deepen the story, The Home Depot has introduced a mini social series that spotlights the people who make the season possible. The series features the farmers who cultivate the trees, the drivers who transport them with care, and the associates who guide customers toward their perfect match. Each vignette underscores the collective effort that ensures families across the country can bring home a tree that feels meaningful.

We wanted to shine a light on that special moment when you find the right tree and the right tree finds you,” said Robin Fitzgerald, chief creative officer at BBDO Atlanta.
