"Dhipaya” Thailand's top 3 general insurance brand has been playing an important role in underwriting and dealing with various level of coverage cases for Thai people. We can truly say that Dhipaya is a true leader of General insurance category (Non-Life)  However, Dhipaya brand has not yet succeed as top of mind brand for Thai people.

According to our findings, brand does not share experiences with consumers. The lack of experiences that engage customers is a challenge in brand building and to be their top-of-mind.

Dhipaya came up with 'BE THE OBSERVER', an immersive activation in 4DX cinema that aims to engage consumers and create a shared experience through both on-site events and online films.

Throughout the Brand story, we create opportunities for audience participation, so that they can share their experiences with the brand.
