New Year's Eve is always a moment when people reflect about their lives for the past year.
We often see many year in review post, some quizzes result sharing all over Facebook feed to capture this moment in their memories. However, unexpectedly the thing that best reflects you is what you add in your shopping cart all year round “Year in Your Purchase”.
Lazada leveraged data of their customers’ purchase history to connect with them through quiz game giving their customers “Personalized 3D avatar" more than 500 character. For this new year, let's make your shopping reflects who you are.
RESULT
The campaign received constant high engagement (only few hours after launched)
• Up to 15,000 players
• + 2,000 comments and shares.
• + 3,000 discount codes, used within 1 day.
• The discount code from the activity has been used up to 3000 times within one day.
• up to 80% sales increase.
