According to an Opinionway* survey carried out in 2023, 81% of French people believe that anticipating inheritance is still too rare, 74% admit that the subject is still taboo within their families. Gironde notaries tackle the subject head-on with a film full of irony to encourage anticipation of successions. Many questions arise and the notary is the preferred contact to avoid many conflict situations.
