By the most conservative estimates, every fifth woman in Russia is sexually harassed at work. However, most men do not believe that this problem exists. In fact, many do not see the difference between sexual harassment and simple flirting. Men think that this is the same thing and there is nothing bad about it. That’s why it doesn’t even cross their minds that their wives and daughters might also be sexually harassed at work. Because this is still totally legal in Russia.
