Description
We know how frustrating is when you buy avocados and they are so green that you can't eat them, so we decided to share an old Colombian tradition that has been passed through generations to speed up the ripening of avocados by wrapping them in a newspaper page.
So to get this origin tradition to the USA the biggest avocado importer in the world, we print an ad in the New York Times explaining to our readers how this newspaper page can help them with their avocados in the Colombian way.
The Colombian avocados are amazing, but the most exciting thing about them is their origin. Besides being one of the most diverse countries in the world, we also have hundreds of ways to make them tastier and delicious.
