KFC Warner Bros.

Super Break

Agency: Highdive

Description

Every superhero movie has a post-credits scene. Now KFC does too.

As an extension of its partnership with Warner Bros.' Supergirl, KFC launched an extended 90-second cut of its "Super Break" spot featuring a post-credits scene—a first for the brand and a nod to one of fandom's most recognizable rituals.

Superhero fans love a good post-credit scene. So instead of interrupting the experience with a promotion, KFC became a part of it, rewarding fans with one final surprise… chicken!

The message is simple…Stay for the ending, leave with chicken.

Instead of ending when the ad ends, the extended cut rewards viewers who stick around with a hidden QR code embedded within a post-credits scene, unlocking exclusive offers in the KFC app.
