Showcasing the luxurious aspects of the GV80 and evoking the special feeling of driving a non-ubiquitous car, the campaign “Steal the Spotlight” features a driver enjoying her main character moment as she rides under the spotlight of the city — a metaphorical journey which encapsulates that extraordinary moment of stepping inside a Genesis vehicle and grabbing all of the attention throughout the city.

The campaign concept of stealing the spotlight and becoming a “main character” and the star of your own show draws parallels to the attention the challenger brand is attracting throughout the automotive world. Through the cinematic storytelling, impeccable cinematography and trend-setting musical choices of this campaign, INNOCEAN USA continues to carve out unique territory for the brand, building further momentum and establishing its credentials within the competitive luxury automotive category.

The campaign first aired on broadcast TV this past Sunday (5/19) during the NBA Playoffs and will continue to run across digital, online and social media which the team created unique social-first content for.
