Magniflex, a renowned global brand with over 60 years of excellence in producing quality mattresses, has been a household name in Albania for over 15 years. 
Despite their strong presence and the satisfaction of numerous customers, Magniflex faced a unique challenge in the Albanian market, which our agency was tasked to address.
In Albania, the mattress industry is tainted by a stigma, primarily due to the aggressive telemarketing tactics employed by many of Magniflex’s competitors. These companies often disrupt daily life by calling potential customers at all hours, leading to a general sense of annoyance and distrust towards mattress brands.
This widespread problem was affecting Magniflex’s reputation as well, despite their non-involvement in such practices. Our challenge was to differentiate Magniflex from its competitors and reinforce its image as a customer-centric and respectful brand.
To tackle this challenge, we decided to take a bold and humorous approach. We created a campaign centered around the tagline, “Sleep Tight, We Will Not Call You!” 
This simple yet powerful message directly addressed the public’s frustration with invasive marketing tactics while highlighting Magniflex’s respect for customer privacy and peace.
The campaign was launched through various channels and immediately struck a chord with the audience.
Its success was not just in its widespread reach, but in how it positively shifted the perception of Magniflex among the Albanian public.
