The everyday life of homeless people is almost invisible to those around them. They live in the side scenes, right next to us and in the offside at the same time. But there are traces, silhouettes and hints of their existence, that SIDE SCENES wants to make visible. Based on the city tour by Hinz und Kunzt, the guidebook introduces important ports of call for the homeless around the city center of Hamburg. Visualizing the results of the latest survey of homeless people in Hamburg, readers are invited to discover the city under a whole new perspective - in the streets as well as inside the pages themselves.
