Description
Nejste sami – mobile hospice is an NGO which focuses on providing care for adults as well as pediatric patients and their families. The organization provides support to patients in the terminal stages of illness so that they can pass away with dignity in the home-like environment of their closest friends and family.
Their new campaign focuses on the rights of hospitalized children, based on the European Association for Children in Hospital CHARTER adopted in 1988 in Leiden, the Netherlands. In the Czech Republic, it was approved by the Central Ethics Committee of the Ministry of Health in 1993. This detailed document sets out the various situations and opportunities to be provided to children and their parents not only before, but also during and after their stay in hospital.
As part of this project, an animated spot was created to inform the public about these rights.
