During the festive season, YES BANK launched a campaign that reimagined homecoming for millions of NRIs returning to India, powered by an AI-led storytelling approach.
For many NRIs, coming home is more than a journey, it is an emotional return to family, culture, and familiarity. Yet, this experience has often been accompanied by banking hassles and hidden banking costs such as forex markups and transaction fees that makes money transfer expensive. Built on this insight, YES BANK introduced a simple proposition: zero forex charges that allowed NRIs to experience more of home without worrying about expenses.
At the heart of the campaign was an AI-driven idea that brought together diverse cultural narratives into one unified story. The campaign followed NRIs from various parts of the world returning to India, each reconnecting with different cultural moments across the country, from festive celebrations to everyday experiences. Together, our films reflected the diversity of India and the shared emotion of coming back.
AI was used as a creative enabler to build rich, localized visual worlds at scale, allowing the brand to represent multiple regions, cultures, and moments within a single cohesive narrative. This approach ensured that the story remained both deeply personal and widely relatable across audiences.
The films and visuals were rolled out across digital platforms, targeting NRI audiences wherever they where ensuring the message reached them at the most relevant moment.
