Description
People experiencing homelessness often become invisible to society.
To support CASA (Centro de Apoio ao Sem-Abrigo), a Portuguese non-profit organization helping people experiencing homelessness, Studio Nuts created a campaign built around a simple but powerful idea: No One Is Disposable.
The name CASA carries a meaningful symbolism. In Portuguese, casa means home, a reminder of what many people living on the streets have lost.
The film introduces a symbolic character made of cardboard. Fragile and almost blending into the urban environment around him, he represents how society often treats people experiencing homelessness as if they were part of the background, or even disposable.
As the story unfolds, a small act of solidarity triggers a transformation. Golden particles begin to appear, slowly turning the cardboard figure back into a human being.
The campaign invites citizens in Portugal to allocate 1% of their income tax to CASA, a mechanism that allows taxpayers to support social organizations at no additional cost.
The campaign includes a 90-second cinema film, along with 30- and 15-second versions for other media, as well as four print visuals.
This professional campaign titled 'No One Is Disposable' was published in Portugal in March, 2026. It was created for the brand: CASA Centro de Apoio ao Sem Abrigo, by ad agency: Studio Nuts. This Film and OOH Outdoor media campaign is related to the Public Interest industry and contains 3 media assets. It was submitted about 3 hours ago by Creative Director: Tico Moraes of Nuts Studio.
