As part of the launch campaign for the new Haval H6, GWM chose a disruptive path: unveiling the first film produced entirely with artificial intelligence for the automotive market, using a sensitive and emotional narrative to explore themes of evolution, human relationships, and the future.

Created by Jellyfish in partnership with MADCC, the film uses Veo 3, Google’s most advanced artificial intelligence model for generating realistic, cinematic video. The story follows the relationship between a father and his daughter, using their reunion as a metaphor for time, life’s transformations, and the subtle presence of technology. The new Haval H6 appears as a natural part of this journey, as an element that understands, accompanies, and evolves alongside its owner. The technique adopted for this new film strengthens the creative concept “the car that knows you”, highlighting the vehicle’s high level of personalization and customization, in addition to the more than 300 advanced AI-powered voice commands that the vehicle possesses.

Although it is the first film 100% created with AI for the automotive market, the project is deeply human-driven. A total of 37 people were involved throughout the production. “The idea was never to use artificial intelligence as a gimmick or to draw attention solely to the technology. Our goal was always to tell a human story. The film’s delicacy, coherence, and emotional depth were only possible because of the creative direction led by people, who guided the technology to serve the narrative and amplify emotion,” says Fabiana Baraldi, CEO of Jellyfish.

The film was produced by Drift Works and required more than 700 hours of work over 56 days. The process included casting approval, with six virtual actor options, Costume design, location scouting, audio production, and refinement sessions with GWM’s product team to ensure an accurate and faithful representation of the vehicle. This meticulous attention to detail throughout the process was also reflected in the scale of production, with a total of 2,076 videos generated in Veo 3 to arrive at the 37 final scenes. The soundtrack and score were also developed in-house, using generative technology integrated with production, mixing, and post-production software, always guided by a creative process centered on direction, listening, and creative repertoire.

The concept ‘the car that knows you’ is based on the idea that our advanced technology enhances real life. Partnering with Jellyfish allowed us to turn this concept into a sensitive story, created by technology, that people can relate to, while also marking a pioneering moment in the automotive industry by using artificial intelligence in the narrative,” says Lucas Coelho, CMO of GWM Brazil.

The approach reflects GWM’s current positioning in the Brazilian market. The Haval H6, the country’s best-selling hybrid, arrives in its 2026 lineup reinforcing attributes such as safety, power, advanced technology, and comfort, communicated through a narrative that organically integrates product benefits into real human experiences.

The campaign is now live and will run across major online video platforms such as YouTube, Netflix, Meta, among others. The film is also available on the MyGWM app, the brand’s exclusive platform for customers, expanding direct engagement with the community and reinforcing the connection between technology, product, and experience.
