Colonel Sanders' company has created 'Eau D'uardo', a unisex perfume inspired by the famous original recipe with fresh notes of geranium, mandarin and a touch of pink pepper and bergamot. The packaging is a reproduction of a chicken thigh which refers to ‘Eduardo’, a meme that went viral in Spain in December 2021 and that last Christmas became an ornament for the Christmas tree.

To promote this product, PS21 has shot a piece that simulates the aesthetic codes of the perfume category reinterpreted through humour. The spot, filmed in the dunes of Maspalomas (Canary Islands), stars a young couple who 'fight' through an elegant dance choreography for a bottle of 'Eau D'uardo'. With classic and recurring elements of an upmarket fragrance spot such as the desert, a horse, slow motion shots, French language or saturated colours, PS21 presents this new KFC fragrance that is already available in the Spanish app and that will arrive at Spanish restaurants on November 28th.

‘C'est l'odeur d'une icône. Ce Noël, offrez le parfum Eau D'Uardo à ceux que vous aimez’, according to Rubén Sánchez, creative director of PS21. The campaign, composed of two pieces of 60'' and 30'', will run on digital. The spots, shot by the Canarian production company Macaronesia, will also be available on the brand's social networks. The limited edition of ‘Eau D'uardo' will have a circulation of 25,000 units and can be purchased with any menu for €3.99 through the KFC app and in all KFC restaurants in Spain whilst stocks last.
