I Want AI To Take My Job

Agency: One Minute Briefs

Description

Around the world, millions of people fear that artificial intelligence will take their jobs.
But for millions of children already trapped in labour, that fear sounds like hope.

“I Want AI To Take My Job” is a print campaign that uses one of the world’s most talked-about fears and turns it into a human truth. Each ad features a real child labour environment — workshops, factories, construction sites, and homes — where children are working instead of learning, playing, and growing. The children look directly at the viewer while the line reads: “I WANT AI TO TAKE MY JOB.”

The irony is immediate and uncomfortable. While adults worry about losing jobs to machines, these children are waiting for that day — because losing this job means getting their childhood back.

Each execution carries a second line such as “So I can go to school” or “So I can be a child,” followed by the campaign’s closing line: “Some jobs should disappear. Not childhood.”

By reframing a global conversation about technology into a human rights issue, the campaign shifts the narrative from job loss to childhood loss — reminding the world that the real problem isn’t machines taking jobs, but children having them in the first place.

This professional campaign titled 'I Want AI To Take My Job' was published in India in March, 2026. It was created for the brand: Unicef, by ad agency: One Minute Briefs. This Digital and Print media campaign is related to the Education and Public Interest industries and contains 3 media assets. It was submitted 41 minutes ago by Copywriter: Arun Anoop.
