On World Heart Day, September 29, 2023, the New Heart Foundation, with partners including FarEast Fame Line DDB Group, launched a campaign "The More You Give, The More Hearts Beat" featuring an AI Influencer, Nisa, who reveals she doesn't have a heart, highlighting the plight of heart disease. Her goal is to expedite the fundraising process, helping patients get surgeries faster, reducing the waiting time, and increasing the chances of survival.

Using AI like Nisa is cost-effective yet creates significant intrigue for the campaign, rivalling the use of celebrity presenters or famous influencers.
