Your face shows every sign of exhaustion, often more than words can express. The idea is a new Apple Health feature that uses Face ID and AI to detect burnout patterns by scanning your face every time you unlock your iPhone. This feature reveals hidden signs of exhaustion and offers personalized recommendations to reduce cortisol, integrating Apple Health tools to support both mind and body when needed most.
