For Desun Hospital, we aimed to revamp their decade-old positioning—‘Tomar Chuti, Amar Noy’—for the festival of Durga Puja. This year, Desun Hospital wished to celebrate Durga Puja with a new tagline and deliver its message of availability and commitment.
In a time when communication messages are bombarding consumers from several other brands, we sought to create a distinctive positioning for Desun to set the brand apart and generate buzz. We crafted the new tagline: ‘বোধন থেকে বিদায়বেলা ২৪ ঘন্টাই আমরা খোলা.’ This tagline aimed to touch people’s hearts with a sweet yet strong message that evokes the emotion of Durga Puja while conveying Desun’s commitment to 24-hour healthcare availability for the people of West Bengal. Our campaign for Desun struck the right chords with the community and effectively aligned with Desun’s brand mission: To deliver unparalleled healthcare services accessible to all.
