Following the successful launch and positive business impact of the “Don’t Take Slow for an Answer” campaign and tagline, Optimum is introducing two new spots under the same umbrella. In its latest creative campaign by Saatchi & Saatchi, Optimum is leaning into what consumers want more than anything – speed. In the :30 spots, one focusing on Optimum’s Fiber Internet network and the second on Optimum Mobile, viewers will be immersed into a brand universe where they see familiar faces and stories intertwined from inside the home to the outside world, with each spot telling a unique story that highlights the products’ strengths.

“In the two latest spots, we have leaned into Optimum’s speed and reliability and designed our creative to drive awareness and demand,” said Jason Schragger, chief creative officer at Saatchi & Saatchi. “We’ll see the reliability and speed of Optimum Fiber inside the home then head outside where we see familiar faces and stories experience Optimum Mobile outside the home.”

“Don’t Take Slow for an Answer” was first introduced in the spring and quickly became a fan-favorite. It has been lauded as Best in Category on all measures, according to an industry leading benchmarking tool, driving Optimum Fiber awareness up from 54% to 62%, outperforming Verizon’s celebrity spot. The campaign was also Optimum’s most successful spot in Q2.

“Don’t Take Slow for an Answer” campaign and tagline has played a key role in Optimum’s fiber and mobile growth. Since its launch in Q2 Optimum has seen fiber growth accelerated with a 53% increase in total fiber customers in Q2 2025 compared to Q2 2024 while mobile saw a 42% increase in mobile lines in Q2 2025 compared to Q2 2024.

“The positive results for the ‘Don’t Take Slow For An Answer’ tagline and campaign have played a key role in increasing brand awareness of Optimum and the growth of our fiber and mobile business,” said Kristin Malaspina, chief marketing officer at Optimum. “We’re excited to introduce two new spots that bring Optimum’s speed and reliability to life, all set in seasonal and cultural settings our customers can relate to.”

The “Don’t Take Slow for an Answer” campaign takes a 360-approach covering TV, OLV, OTT, direct mail, in-store signage, OOH, social, digital, email, radio, search, and DCO. The Optimum Fiber and Mobile spots are now running. Social and digital will run from September 15 to November 9 featuring “Fast Hair”, which showcases Optimum’s speed by blowing back people’s hair when they use Optimum Fiber and Mobile.
