Communication for the State

Agency: linza production

Our first joint video released was an animated explainer for the Black Sea Day. The viewer was gradually ‘immersed’ in the depths of the sea, getting to know its inhabitants and historical artefacts. At the same time, we talked about mine contamination and environmental challenges caused by the destruction of the Kakhovka Dam by the Russian occupiers. We did not forget to mention the sunken cruiser Moskva. The video was viewed over 136,000 times on Instagram.

Closer to Christmas, we prepared a video about the traditions of its celebration, as well as a dynamic rewind of the year in Ukraine.

n early 2024, we focused on promoting Ukrainian culture and science. As a result, we created stylish collage animations about Kazymyr Malevych, Tetiana Yablonska and Ukrainian space exploration.

In May, we developed a video dedicated to Memorial Day in the United States, and in June, a video about the Peace Summit in Switzerland.

Description

As part of a year-long collaboration with Ukraine's official social media account, we created a series of animated and collage videos about Ukrainian culture and history.

“The use of bright colours and different textures makes each animation dynamic and attractive. The combination of old archival materials with modern graphic elements allowed us to create a ‘bridge’ effect between the past and the present. Each of our animations reveals the life path and creative achievements of famous Ukrainians.

The combination of visual style and storytelling allows us not only to convey information, but also to engage the viewer emotionally, creating a strong connection with the cultural and scientific heritage of Ukraine,” says Roksolana Deineha, art director at linza agency and linza production.

“The projects we are implementing with Brand Ukraine are important for demonstrating the uniqueness of Ukrainian culture and history. The videos tell the story of our Christmas traditions and the strength of the Ukrainian people's spirit, separating us from any attempts at appropriation by other cultures, showing the world our traditions and resilience, and how we preserve our national identity,” says Ivanka Vlasiuk, producer at linza agency and linza production.

“Cooperation with Brand Ukraine is especially valuable for me, as it allows us to effectively promote our traditions, achievements, history and culture in the international arena, enhancing the positive image of Ukraine and promoting support from the international community,” says Ivanka Vlasiuk, producer at linza agency and linza production.

“Today, it is very important to communicate the truth about Ukraine quickly and accurately, as Russia is constantly filling the information field with fakes and appropriating our cultural heritage. Together with the linza agency team, we have created 10 bright explainers that promote Ukrainian cultural and scientific achievements to the Western audience. We liked the communication with the agency, we worked as a team, they listened to our feedback, and together we came up with the best options for the videos,” says Tim Makarov, Head of Digital & Content at Brand Ukraine.

This professional campaign titled 'Communication for the State' was published in Multinational Europe, Ukraine, and United Kingdom in July, 2024. It was created by ad agency: linza production. This Content, Digital, and Film media campaign is related to the Education, Media, and Public Interest industries and contains 6 media assets. It was submitted about 1 month ago by Production studio: linza production of linza production.
