Together for Girls Launches “Break the Record” to End Childhood Sexual Violence cummins&partners, Hope&Glory PR, Ladbury PR and the7stars Launch Record-Breaking Campaign with Together for Girls to End Childhood Sexual Violence.

This month, Together for Girls (TfG), a global partnership dedicated to ending violence against children and adolescents, has launched “Break the Record”, a high-impact outdoor, digital, and social media campaign aimed at raising awareness following a landmark research report that underscores the severity of the crisis worldwide.

Designed to “break the record” of inaction, the copy-led campaign, developed by Cummins & Partners, includes several creative iterations that highlight key statistics from the report. These include UNICEF’s first-ever global and regional estimates, revealing that 1 in 5 girls and 1 in 7 boys will experience some form of sexual violence before their 18th birthday.

Media planning and booking were handled by the7stars, ensuring that the hard-hitting campaign reaches audiences nationwide across online and OOH platforms, including iconic large-format billboards at locations. The earned media strategy, executed by Hope&Glory PR and Ladbury PR, has focused on driving global media attention and public engagement across digital platforms, traditional press, and influencer partnerships.

The campaign also features a first-of-its-kind partnership with GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™, negotiated by [agency name], which will leverage the famous book to publish these unsettling statistics on childhood violence. Additionally, this partnership will attempt to break the record for the highest number of countries represented at the landmark UN, UNICEF, and WHO Global Ministerial Conference on Ending Violence Against Children, scheduled for November 7-8, 2024, in Bogotá, Colombia.

All readers and campaign viewers will be directed to www.BreakTheRecord.org, a dedicated landing page to take action and read a digital version of the book in all languages.

This professional campaign titled 'Break the Record' was published in Colombia in November, 2024. It was created for the brand: Together for Girls, by ad agencies: Cummins&Partners and the7stars. This OOH Outdoor medium campaign is related to the Public Interest industry and contains 8 media assets. It was submitted about 1 month ago.
