We wanted this story to stop being corporate and become human.
And the “Arsenal Insurance” team supported this bold transformation.

Instead of an epic reel about achievements, the insurance company for its 20th anniversary chooses the story of a call center agent — and through her experience shows that the true value of the brand is measured not by figures, but by care.
Synopsis: “Anniversary”
Expectation: a scene, graphics, fanfares, growth dynamics set to music reminiscent of an emperor’s performance. But we put a pause.
We saw another side — a girl on the night shift.
Quiet office. Monitor light. A call.
Through her, we opened the company’s inner world.
There is no pomp there. There is responsibility.
Her voice became the voice of the brand.
Her story became a short film that overturned expectations of a “corporate video.”
And this decision was possible only because the team at “Arsenal Insurance” turned out to be a team of experimenters.
They did not want to follow a template. They chose truth over gloss.
We wanted this idea to come to life — and it did on screen.
Visual language
The conference’s graphic concept continued the idea of humanity.
The central metaphor is a small ball of energy that solves big problems.
In the visuals, we completely eliminated unnecessary noise, leaving only abstract forms and concise graphics.
One light sphere. One impulse. One action.
Something small sets something big in motion.
Like one call triggering assistance.
We wanted this idea to come alive not only in the story, but in every pixel of the event.

The result — internal pride of the team.

Emotional connection instead of a formal celebration.
