Gaming’s number one snacking brand launched a digital invitation to players all around the world so they could collectively say farewell to soccer icon Maradonna from their virtual fields.
Using the hashtag #10XEL10 and their football video game of choice, gamers had to make the kick-off inside the game and hold for 10 minutes without touching the ball, having a symbolic 10-minute silence from their homes for the best football player of all time. Teams from around the globe, icons no longer with us, and classic derby matches left their rivalry behind to join the moving homage. November 25 will forever be remembered as the day the world took hundreds of hours of silence for the player that left us speechless with his moves on the soccer field.
