what?

Too gore for a museum. A museum ad should be refined and subtle.

says who?
enough of conventionalists already.

Tamayo's adds are really dificult to portrait, specially contemporary art.
I like it, strong, with and impact, resembles the art galery's actual concept, and damn sure people will remember it.
BUT, will they remember the museum's name? that's my only doubt. It may be to strong that it captures all the atenttion and leaves the galery's name aside. Anyways thats just my opinion.
Gerald

Yeah ! How great it would have been to see a 'refined and subtle' ad for Prague Torture Museum !
Now, please, tell me you're not actually working in advertising... nor in a museum.

Disgusting.

the bobs are soo beautiful

A good thing would be to actually locate where in the human body the heart is placed. I know my heart isnt close to my left shoulder...

Me like.

aha, it's a fist!

It's a fist
Boobs was nice
Good graphics
is it speaking about heart pulling Museum?
if so then very bad idea...
the face expression is very odd!
Saidu Karinga
The Idiot

good graphics, bad ad.

Doesn't make sense for a museum.

Sick Sick Sick

Playstation wannabe without TBWA/Paris production. Don't have money, keep it simple.

Sorry guys. This is very contemporary art indeed. Check yourself names like Damien Hirst and Matthew Barney and you'll understand the appeal of this ad to the target audience. Besides, the art direction is freaking great. Did it disgust you? Than it worked.

I like it

i can not related this ad to a museum, unless is about a shocking arts! I agree with the first opinion. Should be refined. Is a museum!

Contemporary art is everything but "refined"!! This ad ain´t talking about Leonardo Da Vinci or Michelangelo! How long has it been since you guys went to a contemporary art show? This represets the extreme feelings you get while standing infront of contemporary artists such as: Oleg Kulik, Damien Hirst, Douglas Gordon, Kendell Geers. Or as a guy up there says: Mathew Barney.

really good!

If the intent was to be gross and disgusting because the art itself is gross and disgusting, then mission accomplished.

CONTEMPORARY ART!!!

Why are you shouting? We all know it's for a contemporary art museum. We can read.
And I'd argue your point. People don't only have "extreme feelings" in response to contemprary art. Any art can elicit a powerful emotional response. Whether classical or contemporary.
However, if your argument is that contemporary art is generally edgier, more controversial, and often more offensive, then I agree with you. This execution is that as well.
What I don't understand is why it's a fist. Why not just the heart? Maybe I'm missing something.

In my point of view, the fist helps represent the heart pumping so hard that it came out, I also think that using the heart itself would have been weak. The fist helps you have movement. And I "scream" because people ask on and on to be more "refined" and "subtle", like if we were talking about classic art.

less blood, more boobs...

less blood, more boobs...

it's a beef steak! and oh yeah, nice boobs.

i seriously dont see anything to do with a museum
akhtar

it's not about the museum.
it's about the art that the museum presents..
mindblowing.

hungry anyone?

ok guys it doesn't work for a museum, honestly but the art direction it's really beautiful,
Just an aplausse for a thousand of layers in this ad.

great!

People it is contemporary Arts!! it justify gore!!
Great add

Great ad, but i'd have changed a little bit the direction in which the heart/hand goes out of the girl's body to make it look even more real.

It isn't kind of a museum ad....... Maybe human rights. Have you got a heart?

looks like skirt steak.

Photoshopped

usually people say the heart is the size of your fist....

No one mentioned reference to Frida Kahlo, a Mexican painter...internationally famous...like her husband Diego Rivera...who painted her emotions onto the canvas depicting hearts and other viceral images. She would have very much enjoyed this ad for the Tamayo..
