Eugene Demata is the Executive Creative Director of DM9JaymeSyfu, an affiliate of DDB Worldwide and also a member of Creative Guild of the Philippines Hall of Fame. Before this, he was the Creative Director of Saatchi & Saatchi Manila.
He has already won awards at major and local international advertising festivals including Cannes, Clio, New York Festivals, London International Advertising Festivals, D&AD, Spikes, Adfest, One Show, Philippine Ad Congress, Creative Guild of the Philippines and acceptances from Luerzers Archive, Communication Arts and Campaign Brief Asia’s The WORK.
Eugene is also consistently in Campaign Brief Asia’s top creatives list and in MEDIA magazines Asia’s top 100 creatives .
He is also instrumental in driving DM9JaymeSyfu in becoming Philippines hottest creative agency, winning Philippines first Cannes Media Lion and putting the agency in Campaign Brief Asia’s number 1 most creative agency in the Philippines in just 4 years of its operation.
He’s been with the industry for more than 20 years now and has handled major international brands like Procter & Gamble, McDonald’s, Del Monte, Schering & Plough, Toyota, Mead Johnson, Johnson & Johnson and local major brands like Jollibee, Smart, PLDT, Ayala and San Miguel.
Locally, he has served as Competition Chairman of the Creative Guild of the Philippines for 4 years now and one of the most in demand judges in major advertising festivals in and outside of the Philippines.
