This Diwali, Suroj Buildcon celebrates these dedicated individuals who stay behind through all the festivities and devote their time to keep our country moving forward with our new film #YehDiwaliUnkeNaam
The campaign sparked a real-world impact through its messaging and inspired the company to create a new tradition for all its workers across India. Every Suroj plant team was allocated a budget to help decorate houses of those who can't afford to spend during Diwali. This resulted in a massive drive across multiple locations in India, with videos flooding on group chats showing employees celebrating Diwali at their respective site's neighboring areas.
