Whales have a huge impact in our ecosystem. More than 1000 whales were run over by ships the last year, a tragic accident that translate in more than 2 tons of carbon that could have been absorbed by its enormous body. This is why The Blue Boat Initiative exist, an oceanographic buoy alert technology made for search and protect whales and also study the oceans valuing marine ecosystem services, necessary to face climate change.
