In Quebec, July 1st is synonymous with Moving Day for a great number of people. In collaboration with the agency LG2, the Quebec hardware chain Canac is offering a practical solution to a delicate situation experienced by many Quebecers: a lack of privacy when it comes time to unpack boxes in front of loved ones. Canac has designed a new moving tool, The Secret Box (La Boîte Secrète), a box equipped with a false bottom to conceal personal or private items from the sight of friends and family who have come to lend a hand.
The Secret Box is a moving box specially designed with a discreet double bottom. This secondary compartment allows users to hide their intimate items at the very base of the box, while the upper part remains filled with mundane household items like towels or pots and pans.
With this innovation, and true to its promise of providing "real help," the Quebec company reiterates its commitment to supporting its customers through the important moments of their daily lives, even the most awkward ones.
