Description
The shirt of the team. It is the most iconic and symbolic item of any club. The shirt belongs to the players of the team for the course of a match. But after the match is finished, whether it’s a Benfica, a Sporting, or a Porto shirt, it takes on a life of its own. It becomes almost public property. It belongs to all fans.
Based on this truth, we have created three films, each for every club, all centered around a shirt of the team, given at the end of a winning match to a fan by a club’s player. This shirt, though, does not stay with the first “owner”. It is given from one fan to another in a series of entertaining, heartfelt and unexpected turns, travelling around Portugal, until it comes full circle, back to the stadium, worn by a different fan.
The journeys of the shirts are captured on film, to depict real, emotional, organic moments, with the late 60s hard rock ballad on top adding to the "stadium" feeling of the ads.
