Description
Artist Leo Villareal's Bay Lights installation went dark earlier this year, but with the help of Heineken, it's turning back on, for good. The installation features thousands of ever-shifting LED lights, which will be permanently re-lit during a Jan. 30 celebration.
Heineken is also "giving away" lights on the bridge to lucky fans, who will get a chance to own a part of the historic project. Some of the lights will be awarded through a social media-driven scavenger hunt in San Francisco in early January.
