For many, the joyful spirit of Thanksgiving is often overshadowed by the pressure to provide guests with the ideal feast. And they’re nervous for good reason: one wrong move can turn a holiday turkey into an inedible fireball. As Canadians prepare for Thanksgiving this week, KFC Canada is reminding consumers that if things backfire (or actually catch on fire) in the kitchen, KFC delivery is available to save the day.

Titled “Thankfully, There’s KFC Delivery,” the cheeky campaign from KFC Canada’s AOR, Courage, showcases a series of burnt Turkey Day disasters. Photographed by Nikki Ormerod, the images range from charred, smoking birds straight out of the oven to flaming backyard chaos, courtesy of an overwhelmed deep fryer. Under each of these terrifying instances is a simple reminder that KFC is ready to deliver in a pinch.
