The Migrant Workers were left stranded, without a job, and basic amenities, due to COVID-19 which led to the country-wide Lockdown in India. Millions of Workers began their journey of thousand miles to go back home on foot. Some, even barefoot. We, at People Combine Foundation, took the initiative to #StopTheWalk. This campaign was created to remind people that these are the same Workers who built our homes and roads. Today, they need our help. The objective of the campaign was to urge people to help us send these Migrant Workers back home, safely.
