Many people avoid practicing a new language because they feel embarrassed being heard by others. The moment of speaking out loud becomes a barrier that holds back their learning progress.
“Speak Out Like Yourself” responds to this fear by introducing a new mode within Duolingo where users can practice in real time, anonymously and without being judged. Through guided conversations with people at the same level, it creates a safe space that removes the social pressure of speaking, allowing users to express themselves freely and confidently.
This series of originally produced prints reflect precisely the easy-going nature of this campaign.
