Bad sound can destroy a good movie. To demonstrate the power of sound for the total movie experience Samsung Sweden invited local customers in Stockholm to a unique sound only “cinema” experience, the Samsung Soundbar Cinema. At the boutique Cinema Capitol in central Stockholm people came for a free Halloween screening of the movie Dracula.
But, when the popcorn had been served and people were about the find their seats staffers handed out blindfolds. No movie was shown, instead people were asked to lean back, relax and listen to the power of a great scary movie through sound. The entire room had been equipped with new Samsung Soundbar sound systems creating a premium high quality sound experience no matter where you were seated.
