The ever-so-rare and usually-forgotten International Men's Day came up this year with the theme hashtag#ZeroMaleSucide.

Taking time to reflect on the push and pull feelings that men go through brought about several questions. When is the right time to be vulnerable? How vulnerable should a man be and how much vulnerable is too much vulnerability?
The quest to be a strong, dependent, and reliable person has forged men into a 2 sided coin. Unfortunately, only one side of this coin is seen by people.

This series of ads speaks to the second side of the coin and how men can feel their lowest even with the highest of smiles. In conclusion, these ads are calling for all men to make speaking about their challenges a norm and not something to be ashamed of.
