This is why Hims & Hers, the leading health and wellness platform, unveiling its first-ever Big Game ad, aiming to raise awareness to a critical issue – the obesity public health crisis – with a bold and direct spot showcasing the impact of obesity and the realities of the lack of access to life-saving weight loss treatments. The minute-long commercial aims to highlight in a direct way why the US is in an obesity crisis, while showcasing that Hims & Hers is committed to being part of easing the strain the weight loss drug shortage is placing on the millions of Americans who have obesity and are looking for help.

Americans need access to affordable and effective health care. More than two-thirds of American adults are overweight or obese, and one in six deaths in the US are related to obesity. It’s a health crisis often mistaken for a vanity crisis, and Hims & Hers is seizing the opportunity on the biggest stage, to one of the biggest audiences, to spotlight one of the biggest problems facing Americans today.

The provocative, attention-grabbing :60 ad will air during the third quarter of the Big Game using bold, direct language and data highlighting the harrowing impact of obesity in America. Hims & Hers is advocating for the people who need better access to healthcare that can meaningfully improve their health, and will encourage viewers to visit here and here to find out more.
