Hannaford Supermarkets is always coming up with new services for their customers. But those customers tended to have questions about all of the exciting new things. So a digital campaign for Hannaford To Go was created to answer the most commonly asked questions in the most direct way possible: the moment the customer had them. This "ad within the ad" construct allowed us to be specific and detailed about the information we wanted the customer to have, but it also keep it engaging and surprising.
