To match ServiceNow’s business and product success, ServiceNow now has its sights set on building a brand to match the promise of the company. This started with “The World Works with ServiceNow™” campaign, which was unveiled in 2021 and has only continued to grow since. ServiceNow’s new campaign - Put AI to Work for People - created by BBDO, stands as the next big step for the brand.
AI presents a major moment and opportunity for the company and ServiceNow are making that known with their biggest campaign to date featuring the multitalented actor, philanthropist, and businessman, Idris Elba. In the new campaign, Idris assumes the role of the ultimate CEO as he investigates why work isn’t working the way it could work and explains that by helping people work better with AI on the ServiceNow platform, everything works better.
