But instead of making work simpler for people, this choice-palooza has only added to the hornet’s nest of complexity companies deal with every day. What businesses really need is a single solution that delivers AI to every department and system, making everything — and everyone — work better.

That’s the message Idris Elba wants people to hear as he returns as ServiceNow’s brand ambassador and evangelist CEO, showing how only the ServiceNow platform puts AI to work for people across every corner of a company.

An extension of the campaign that launched in May 2024, this new work was also shot by director Matt Aselton of Arts&Sciences and is now running across broadcast, digital, and social channels.
