Description
The purpose of this film is to allow not only the unconscious breath to manifest but also for the person watching the video to become attentive to this inner breath. As a result, to move from observation to experience, the image must have a strong power of communication.
Different spaces and different points of inhalation and exhalation were integrated to allow the breath to be felt through the film. We have therefore created a "pause" space-time that exists between inhalation and exhalation, symbolized by a metaphor, a rhythm, and a sound design that evokes breathing.
"Pause", a moment of breath, a moment of silence that allows a deeper connection with oneself, to allow the audience to understand its meaning. We crafted this film frame by frame, creating an invitation for the viewer to synchronize their breathing with its rhythm. This approach cultivates an immersive and sensory experience.
This film allows the audience to feel more connected to their own breath, and through this, to their own existence. It’s a celebration of life, captured through the prism of breathing.
