This project is an awareness campaign that promotes a dedicated mobile app designed to reconnect retired professionals with the workforce. The purpose of the app is to create opportunities for retirees to share their years of experience by working as consultants and mentors for startups and younger employees. Through this initiative, the campaign highlights the value of lifetime expertise, encourages businesses to benefit from the wisdom of older professionals, and supports age diversity in the workplace. By acting as a bridge between generations, the app helps build a culture of collaboration where experience and fresh ideas come together to drive growth and success.
