Description
Apple is launching “No Frame Missed,” a new accessibility-focused campaign highlighting how Action Mode and built-in accessibility features on iPhone can help people with Parkinson's disease and hand tremors share their stories and capture important life moments.
Directed by Renato Amoroso, the campaign follows four individuals living with Parkinson's as they use iPhone 16 Pro with Action Mode and Voice Control features to record steady video. The docu-style film demonstrates how Apple's accessibility features promote creativity and autonomy for users.
Meet Brett, a Cornwall-based filmmaker who gradually stopped shooting after his Parkinson's diagnosis at age 37. He uses Action Mode to capture his son Dexter riding a bike for the first time—marking the first steady video he's recorded since his diagnosis.
Meet Marie and Bette, a mother-daughter duo from Orange County, NY, who were both diagnosed with Parkinson's simultaneously. They use the technology when Bette creates a surprise birthday film for her 94-year-old mother's celebration.
Meet Ellen, a 48-year-old Brazilian living in NYC, who captures being proposed to by her partner Renata. She shares the footage at their wedding party, showcasing how the technology stabilizes the video footage.
The campaign also features a tutorial where Brett demonstrates how to use Action Mode. Other iOS features shown include Voice Control, Touch Accommodations and the Medications app.
The initiative reinforces Apple's ongoing commitment to accessible technology and it demonstrates how mainstream consumer features can serve users with disabilities in meaningful ways.
